Cable shares the street. 5G takes whatever the nearest tower has left over, and satellite goes to orbit and back. Fiber runs to your house and stops there.
Typical ranges, from each provider’s own published disclosures.
Typical ranges as published August 2026: AT&T Fiber advertised plan tiers, with equal upload and download; Xfinity and Spectrum cable plans — some upgraded cable markets now sell symmetric multi-gig; T-Mobile and Verizon 5G home internet expected-speed disclosures; Starlink residential specifications. Speeds vary by plan and address and are not guaranteed. Trademarks belong to their owners; no affiliation or endorsement implied.
Pick a time that works. We call you then, from a local number.
“Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Very professional presentation that highlighted the value of switching to AT&T. This will provide significant savings for our household! Highly recommend!”
“Been putting off calling ATT to get fiber set up and got it done when Freddy came to the neighborhood. The whole process was less than 10 minutes to sign up, and had a technician out the next day. Should’ve done it sooner, speeds are fast!”
“I work from home and we’ve been using Starlink. This is half the price and much faster. Sales rep was straightforward and I appreciate that.”
The call comes from a local number you won't recognize. Please pick up.
It is home internet, delivered over a fiber line rather than the copper or cable wiring most homes still have. Fiber is glass. It carries the signal as light, which is what makes it quicker than anything else. The line runs all the way to your house and nobody else uses it, so it will not slow down at night when the neighbors are watching TV. Sending a photo or joining a video call works as fast as downloading, which cable cannot do.
The Wi-Fi router, with no rental fee and repairs covered. AT&T ActiveArmor security, which blocks spam calls and fraud texts and watches for your details showing up in data breaches. And the AT&T Guarantee: if the network goes down, your bill gets a credit.
None of the three. AT&T Fiber has no annual contract and no data caps, and the Wi-Fi router is included.
An AT&T technician runs the line and sets up your Wi-Fi in one visit, usually two to four hours. Many finish in under two. We book the appointment and track it while it happens.
The promotional rate runs 12 months. After that it moves to the standard rate for your plan. There is no annual contract, so you are never locked in, and we will tell you the standard rate before you order.
Yes. Fiber gets installed first, then you cancel the old service. No gap in between.
We call at the time you picked, confirm fiber reaches your address, and place the order with AT&T. Nothing is ordered until we talk.
It costs you nothing. AT&T pays us, so your price and your bill are identical either way. What that buys you is somebody who does this every day. Which plan fits, what the price becomes after twelve months, when the technician is really coming, and one number to text when something goes sideways. And we only get paid if your service goes in and stays on, so we are on your side of it.
