No. Pricing comes from the provider either way, and current promotions still apply. The provider pays us for the enrollment, so our help costs you nothing.
What if fiber isn't available at my address?
We'll say so, and tell you what's worth having instead. If the honest answer is to keep what you have, that's the answer you'll get.
What happens on install day?
The provider's technician does the installation. We confirm your appointment, make sure it happened as scheduled, and check that everything works.
What if something goes wrong later?
Text or call us. If the provider needs to get involved, we know where to take it, so you're not starting from scratch with a call center.
